This Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to Devon Energy Corporation and Devon Energy Production Company for the unauthorized discharge of approximately 5 barrels of crude oil into Beaver Creek and for failure to prepare and implement a Spill, Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan for its facility.
