A Complaint was filed against Transoceanic Shipping Company. The Complaint alleged RCRA violations stemming from RespondentÂs failure to make a hazardous waste determination and failure to meet used oil labeling requirements. The violations were observed during an Inspection on March 24, 2004 and March 25, 2004. A $2,350 civil penalty was outlined in the Complaint.
