2/19/2020 - This Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) documents an update to the Record of Decision (ROD-Tetra Tech, 1998) and the ROD Amendment (Rhea, 2011) for Operable Unit 2 (Sites 10, 44a, 76) at the MCAS Cherry Point Superfund Site.
This ESD documents the additional remedial action objective to address vapor intrusion (VI) and the addition of an industrial land use control boundary for VI to the Land Use Controls (LUCs) that are part of the remedy.
