This Administrative Order is issued to the Sleeping Bear Ranch RV Resort for exceedance of maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for nitrate; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; excedance of allowable turbidity levels; failure to provide public notice; and failure to notify EPA of the violations.
