The Settlement Agreement provides for the Respondent's performance of the remedial investigation and feasibility study (ÂRI/FSÂ) for the White Swan Cleaners/Sun Cleaners Area Ground Water Contamination Superfund Site, Wall Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. The purpose of this RI/FS is to investigate the overall nature and extent of contamination and to develop remedial alternatives at the Site.
