This Proposed Order and Penalty Complaint with Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to the Glacier Park International Airport for failure to prevent the movement of fluids containing any contaminant in exceedance of the primary drinking water standards or other health based standards. Also, the discharge into Respondent's Class V wells from the North Car Wash and the South Car Wash contained levels of antimony in excess of the MCL in violation of Federal Regulations.
