This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to Wind River Resources Corporation and Bill Barrett Corporation for failure to comply with the requirements of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Oil and Natural Gas DProduction and for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines. The Order also requires that Respondents comply with the preconstruction permitting requirements of PSD within 6 months of the date of this order.
