This is an Administrative Order (AO) pursuant to the Clean Water Act issued to Medallic Art Company in Dayton, Nevada. The violation involves the application of the new source Federal metal finishing standards in 40 CFR 433 to an industrial user operating in a sewer district without an approved pretreatment program, and as a result without a valid industrial user permit regulating the Federally-regulated wastewater discharges to the sewers.
