This is a RCRA field citation issued under the expedited settlement program. A field citation was issued to Junction Chevron for failing to: 1) conduct annual line and leak detector tests; 2) install a properly designed cathodic protection system; 3) conduct release detection for the USTs; and 4) properly maintain its spill prevention system (CJP).
