Respondent was a generator PRP for the two Peter Cooper Sites. The Respondent dissolved and ceased doing business in 2002. The proposed figure comprised almost all remaining assets after the corporation's liquidation/dissolution. The Respondent was notified on September 30, 2006 that the settlement agreement was effective 9/30/06.
