On January 13, 2009, the Director, Hazardous Site Cleanup Division signed an Amended Administrative Settlement and Order On Consent with Weis Markets, Inc., to perform a removal response action at the Hamburg, Mill Creek Site (ÂSiteÂ), located in Hamburg, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Weis is the current owner of the Site. On September 18, 2006, EPA and Weis entered into an Administrative Settlement and Order on Consent for a Removal Response Action at the Site. The purpose of the Amended Order is to expand the work area identified in the Original Order.
