This is a Federal Facilities Agreement between the United States Department of the Navy, the State of Hawaii, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 for the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex Superfund Site, Oahu Hawaii. Under the Federal Facilities Agreement, the Navy agrees to clean up contamination at the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex pursuant to CERCLA Section 120. As part of the CERCLA cleanup process, the Navy will prepare Records of Decision (RODs) for various cleanups undertaken at the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex.
