This is a Federal Facilities Agreement (FFA) between the United States Department of the Navy, the State of California, and the US Environmental Protection Agency for the former Alameda Naval Air Station in Alameda, California. Under the FFA, the Navy agrees to clean up contamination at the former Alameda NAS pursuant to CERCLA Section 120. As part of the CERCLA cleanup process, the Navy will prepare Records of Decision (RODs) for various cleanups undertaken at the site. OU-2C consists of the total of ~ 53 acres. However, remedial actions only required for Sites 5 and 10, which made up of ~ 51 acres. This is a ROD for OU2B.
