This is a Civil Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA requesting that DOJ lodge the referred Consent Decree. The Consent Decree will require the Settling Defendant to reimburse EPA $ 376,320 and the State DTSC $2,000 for costs associated with the Interim Record of Decision (ROD), as modified by the Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD). The Consent Decree includes the standard reservation of rights, as well as a reservation for the Final ROD.
