EPA alleges that the Respondents are in violation of EPA's NPDES General Permit for Seafood Processors in Alaska. The violations include the unauthorized discharge of seafood processing waste into the mouth of the Ninilchik River, the discharge of seafood waste greater than 1/2 inch, the failure to conduct required monitoring, and the failure to have a current Best Management Practices Plan.
