NPDES Permit ID0023710 ( Permit ) was issued to the Respondent on August 9, 2001. The Permit specified the conditions under which the Respondent may discharge treated effluent from the facility. The effective dates of the Permit were August 9, 2001 to August 9, 2006. Respondent failed to apply for a new permit as required under 40 C.F.R. Part 122.21(d)(1). Due to Respondent's failure to re-submit an application, the Permit was neither administratively extended nor re-issued. OCE and ORC are currently drafting an opportunity to confer letter to the city for violations of the effluent limits in the Permit.
