This is a unilateral administrative order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA section 106 issued to George S. AuClair, Jr., to cleanup chromium and arsenic contaminated ash from the burning of chromated copper arsenate (CCA) treated wood. The Order directs Mr. AuClair to refrain from disturbing the contaminated materials, submit a plan for controlling access to the site, and submit a plan for cleaning up the site.
