This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) pursuant to CERCLA 122(h) betweeen EPA and Environmental Enterprise, Inc. for cost recovery regarding a removal at the Denova Superfund Site in Rialto, California. EEI will pay EPA $ 75,000 to resolve its liability for past removal costs.
