Violation: Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to waters of the US without the issuance of a NPDES permit. The discharge was observed during a November 3, 2006 EPA inspection. During the inspection the inspector observed oil field being discharged from a flow line operated by the Respondent to Maddox Creek.
Relief: A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent. The Order is requiring the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants to waters of the US and to remove the brine from Maddox Creek.
