On October 30, 2006, EPA Region III issued an administraive coplaint to Loving's porduce co., Inc., seeking a total penalty of $3,000.00 for violations of Section 312 of EPCRA in connection with Loving's Produce wholesale produce facility. Loving's Produces's paid the penalty in ful by check dated November 16, 2006. On November 30, 2006, the Regional Judicial Officer signed the Final Order reolving this matter in view of Loving's Produce's payment of th eproposed penalty in full.
