Violation: Respondent's facility located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 14 North, Range 11 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma was a point source discharge of pollutants to  waters of the US .  The discharge resulted in a violation of the Clean Water Act and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program.  An EPA inspection conducted on November 13, 2006 cited the violation that there was an unauthorized dicharge of oil field brine to a tributary of Salt Creek.

Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility and to remove the pollutant or brine from the impacted water body.
