Respondent's oil field facility was a point source dicharge of pollutants to waters of the US without the issuance of a NPDES permit. The Respondent's facility was located at SW-16-T21N-R07E, Pawnee Co., OK and the impacted water body is a tributary of Ranch Creek. An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants and to remove the brine (pollutant) from the impacted water body.
