This was one of several facilities inspected in NJ in fulfillment of the USTCA inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1147, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 280.44(b): failure to provide line tightness test for piping; and 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of ALLD.
