This facility reported to EPA that it has been operating its conrol device under the minimum operating parameter established during the initial stack test. An Administrative Complaint with $201,558 was issued in December 06. During settlement discussions, the Company disclosed additional Title V and MACT violations. This CAFO closes the violations alledged in the Complaint plus the additional self disclosed violations.
This case was settled for $278,600.
