Significant Indirect Dischanges released cyandide compound KSCN that interfered with and passed through 6/13 & 6/14/06 Upper Gwynedd, PA POTW causing fish kill, shut down of drinking water intake and recreational suses. Two other releases caused foaming in Wissahicken Creek.
