Violation: Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The Respondent had an unauthorized discharge of a pollutant, oil field brine, to a tributary of Cloud Creek. The Respondent's facility is located at SW-14-T14N-R16E, Muskogee Co., OK. The violation was cited during an EPA inspection conducted on January 11, 2007.
Relief: A cease and desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants and to remove the pollutants from the impacted water body.
