This administrative order is issued to Richland County Valley View Water Association for failure to monitor for bacteriological quality, exceedance of maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for disinfection byproducts; exceedance of MCL for fluoride; failure to monitor for fluoride; failure to monitor for lead and copper; failure to monitor for synthetic organic contaminants; failure to prepare and deliver an annual Consumer Confidence Report; failure to provide public notice; and failure to notify the State of the violations.
