This referral for injunctive relief and civil penalties against Quebecor World Corporation for violations of Section 608 and the implementing regulations promulgated for the protection of stratospheric ozone.
EPA Regions 1-9 are referring similar violations and in order to expedite a settlement of all of the outstanding issues at Quebecor facilities, EPA and DOJ have agreed that all of the Regions will supplement the Region 2 referral. Region 2 is the lead Region for this enforcement action.
