Facility inspections were conducted by the U.S. EPA on March 23, 2004 and September 14, 2004.
The Respondents violated generator regulations relating to the Standards Applicable to Generators of Hazardous Waste set forth in Title 35 of the Illinois Administrative Code (35 I.A.C.), Part 722, (Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR, Part 262) and Standards for Management of Used Oil set forth in 35 I.A.C 739 (40 CFR, Part 279):
1. Failure to Make a Hazardous Waste Determination
2. Failure to Label Hazardous Waste Containers
3. Failure to Mark Hazardous Waste Containers with the Accumulation Start Date
4. Failure to Mark Used Oil Containers
