VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field lease was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water (brine), to the receiving waters of a tributary of Post Oak Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 3 West, Carter County, Oklahoma. A September 19, 2006, EPA inspection documented brine had been previously discharged from the lease. A previous AO Docket Number CWA-06-2007-1708 was issued to address this issue.
RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent shall perform 8 different tasks with the deadline being June 1, 2007, and to submit a facility plan.
