Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, Stephens County Oklahoma, was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The violation was observed during an EPA inspection conducted on January 25, 2007.
Relief: A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove a discharge pipe; and to remove the brine from the impacted water body.
