## Summary

K. L. STEVEN COMPANY (NMU001540): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on December 1, 2006, at the industrial machinery facility. It was determined at the time of the inspection that the Respondent had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan nor had a Notice of Intent been submitted for coverage under the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial Activities for activities under Sector AB of the permit. Although the receiving waters are an ephermeral arroyo, there were eight (8) rainfall events of great than 0.50” from June 2006 to December 2006, that had the potential to cause a discharge from the site to the arroyo and on to the Rio Grande. An administrative order was drafted to address these determinations. Contact: Diana McDonald (6EN-WM), 214-665-7495
