This Administrative Order on Consent is issued to Katzson Brothers, Inc. to direct the Respondent to identify, characterize, and remediate groundwater and soil vapor contamination. Analytical sample results indicated that the groundwater under the site contained 154,000 ug/l perchloroethylene (PCE).
