This Administrative Order is issued to Mountain View Trailer Court for failure to comply with the monitoring requirements for Volatile Organic Chemicals, total coliform, synthetic organic chemicals, arsenic, inorganic chemicals, lead and copper, and water quality parameters; failure to provide public notice of a violation; and failure to report the violations to the State.
