This Administrative Order is issued to Skypilot Ministries, owner of the Prairie View Campground, for exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for total coliform (routine, repeat, and additional routine samples); and failure to notify the public and EPA of the violations.
