The Respondent is a hospital, which is considered a commercial building. They have 2 PCB Transformers in use without registration and/or electrical protection, which is prohibited. They also failed to mark the PCB Transformers and the access to the Transformers, and to keep annual documents relating to this equipment.
Respondent is removing the transformers. However, since the unauthorized transformers could not be authorized for use at this point, no SEP credit is available for this work.
