VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Wildhorse Creek, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, Carter County, Oklahoma. A January 24, 2007, EPA inspection documented the discharge of brine from the facility.
