This is a civil action against a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) for violations of Section 301 and 309 of CWA. Violations include: repeated discharges of manure-contaminated wastes int stream and associated wetlands in violatio of its NPDES permit, failure to comply with EPA administrative order issued under Section 309(a) of CWA. The complaint seeks injunctive relief to prevent further illegal discharges and a penalty.
