This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to RCRA 3008(a) which is being resolved by means of a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between EPA and Bio Rad Labs. The violations involve a failure to comply with the RCRA Air Regulations, as well as contingency plan, training of personnel, and waste characterization issues. The CA/FO establishes a penalty of $29,900.
