This referral requests a judicial enforcement action against the Skull Valley Band of Goshute Indians for failing to comply with an Emergency Administrative Order issued of 9/13/2005. This judicial enforcement action is necessary because EPA has exhausted its informal and formal enforcement options. Skull Valley failed to respond/and or was delinquent in its response to most EPA letters and telephone calls, and public health concerns have not been abated.
