The Facility was inspected as part of EPA II Initiative to assist States with compliance with the Underground Storage Tank Compliance Act (USTCA). The facility was inspected on July 18, 2006. The Owner of the facility was issued a Field Citation for the following violation (1) 40 CFR 280.45(b) for Failure to maintain results of Monitoring Release detection and (2) 40 CFR 280.31(b) for Failure to ensure proper operation of Cathodic Protection.
