The injunctive relief is based on cost estimates provided by NYCDEP for the design and construction of the UV Facility ($913 million) and includes one year of operation/maintence cost ($6 million O&M, $7 million patent fees). Injunctive relief does not account for taxes that will be paid by Respondent once the UV facility is constructed.
