Respondent imported from Japan six uncertified mini vans (motor vehicles)to Portland, Oregon. U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized the mini vans. Respondent, in addition to paying a civil penalty of $3,400 to EPA, was required to export the mini vans to a location outside of North American and the territories of the United States.
