This is an administrative penalty action utilizing an expedited settlement (RCRA field citation) issued to Riverview Texaco Service Station for: 1) failure to continue operation and maintenance of release detection in a temporarily closed tank system; 2) failure to continue operation and maintenance of a cathodic protection system in a temporarily closed tank system; and 3) failure to comply with the financial responsibility requirements by the required phase-in time. This settlement establishes a penalty of $600.
