This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to RCRA (UST field citation) issued to Super Stop (Reay's Ranch Investors L.L.C. ). The violation involves failure to maintain recrds of release detection monitoring and failure to calibrate, maintain and repair the release detection equipment. The settlement establishes that Respondent will have the necessary tests done on line leak detectors and produce tank leak detection records. The settlement also establishes a penalty in the amount of $200.
