This cashout agreement for ability to pay parties is issued to Richard and Loretta Grosswiler who are jointly and severally liable for response costs incurred and to be incurred at the Site. EPA has review the financial information submitted by settling parties and has determined that settling parties have no current financial ability to pay for response costs incurred and to be incurred at the site.
