This Administrative Order is issued to the Bighorn National Forest for violations at Sibley Lake Campground. These violations include failure to comply with the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total coliforms, failure to provide public notice of the noncompliance; failure to report to EPA violations of the MCL for total coliforms; and failure to report to EPA noncompliance with NPDWRs.
