Respondents placed 2000 linear feet of riprap in Teton Creek and adjacent wetlands, near Driggs, Idaho. This dredged and fill material was without the benefit of a CWA 404 Permit. Restoration involves the removal of the unauthorized dredged and fill material and restoration of the site.
