MAJOR DEVELOPMENT, INC (NMU001539): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department at the construction site of a 1.8 acre development located on Alto Street, Santa Fe, NM. The date of the inspection was December 12, 2006. It was determined at the time of the inspection that Major Development, Inc., had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan nor had the company applied for permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit. An administrative order was drafted to address this violation.
