Transicoil (formerly Aerospace Display Systems LLC) failed to properly place a fill line in each of the 3 degreasers, failed to timely file an initial notification for 1 degreaser, failed to timely submit initial statements of comliance for all 3 degreasers, failed to timely submit 2003 & 2004 annual solvent emission reports, failed to properly measure the addition and deletion of solvent and fialed to timely submit semi-annual exceedance reports. The are all violations of 40 C.F.R Part 63 Subpart I.
